Sweet Chord 개인정보처리방침
Sweet Chord(이하 "앱")는 기타 코드 학습을 돕는 도구입니다. 개발자는 앱을 통해 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 수집하거나 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 회원가입, 로그인, 계정 생성 절차가 없습니다.
1. 앱이 직접 수집하는 정보
없습니다. 앱이 만들어내는 모든 데이터는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며, 개발자는 이 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.

앱을 삭제하면 위 데이터는 기기에서 함께 삭제됩니다.
2. 마이크 권한 (RECORD_AUDIO)
앱은 튜너 기능에서만 마이크를 사용합니다. 기타 소리의 주파수를 실시간으로 분석해 음정을 표시하기 위한 목적입니다.
- 오디오는 기기 안에서만 실시간 분석되며, 파일로 저장되지 않습니다.
- 녹음된 소리는 개발자 서버를 포함한 어떤 외부로도 전송되지 않습니다.
- 튜너 화면을 벗어나면 마이크 사용이 즉시 중단됩니다.
- 권한은 언제든 기기의 설정 > 애플리케이션 > Sweet Chord > 권한에서 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회 시 튜너 기능만 동작하지 않으며 나머지 기능은 정상 이용 가능합니다.
3. 제3자 서비스
3-1. Google AdMob (광고)
앱은 하단 배너 광고를 표시하기 위해 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. AdMob은 광고 게재 및 빈도 제한을 위해 광고 ID(Advertising ID)와 기기·네트워크에 관한 일반 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 여기에는 IP 주소를 통해 추정되는 대략적인 위치(국가·도시 수준)가 포함됩니다. 이 정보는 Google이 수집·처리하며 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다.

- 맞춤 광고는 기기의 설정 > Google > 광고에서 재설정하거나 해제할 수 있습니다.
앱 내에서 "광고 제거"를 구매하면 배너가 더 이상 표시되지 않으며, 광고 SDK를 통한 데이터 수집도 중단됩니다.
3-2. Google Play 결제 (인앱 결제)
"광고 제거" 구매는 Google Play 결제 시스템을 통해 처리됩니다. 앱은 구매 여부만 확인하며, 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 앱에 전달되지 않고 접근할 수도 없습니다. 결제 관련 정보는 Google의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
4. 만 14세 미만 아동
앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 의도적으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 광고는 Google Play의 가족 정책 및 관련 법령에 따라 게재됩니다.
5. 기기 백업
Android 운영체제의 자동 백업 기능이 켜져 있으면, 앱의 설정과 학습 기록이 이용자 본인의 Google 드라이브에 백업될 수 있습니다. 기기를 바꿔도 학습 진도가 이어지도록 하기 위한 것입니다.
- 이 백업은 Android가 수행하며 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다.
- 백업된 데이터는 이용자 본인의 Google 계정에 귀속됩니다.
- 원하지 않으시면 기기의 설정 > Google > 백업에서 끌 수 있습니다.
6. 데이터 보안
모든 학습 기록과 설정은 Android 운영체제가 제공하는 앱 전용 저장 영역에 보관되며, 다른 앱이 접근할 수 없습니다. 개발자에게 전송되는 데이터가 없으므로 서버 유출 위험이 없습니다.
7. 방침 변경
본 방침이 변경될 경우 이 페이지에 개정 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 중대한 변경이 있을 때는 앱 업데이트 안내를 통해 함께 알립니다.

Sweet Chord Privacy Policy
Sweet Chord ("the App") is a guitar chord learning tool. The developer does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information. There is no sign-up, login, or user account.
1. Information the App Collects
None. All data created by the App — settings, saved chord progressions, and fretboard drill progress — is stored only on your device. The developer cannot access it. Uninstalling the App deletes this data.
2. Microphone Permission
The microphone is used solely by the tuner to analyze pitch in real time. Audio is processed on-device, is never written to a file, and is never transmitted anywhere. Microphone access stops as soon as you leave the tuner screen. You may revoke this permission at any time in your device settings; only the tuner will be affected.
3. Third-Party Services
Google AdMob serves the banner ad and may collect your Advertising ID and general device/network information — including approximate location inferred from your IP address — for ad delivery and frequency capping. See Google's Privacy Policy. Purchasing "Remove Ads" stops both the banner and this data collection.
Google Play Billing processes the "Remove Ads" purchase. The App only receives purchase status; payment method details are never shared with the App.
4. Children
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
5. Device Backup
If Android's automatic backup is enabled, your settings and learning progress may be backed up to your own Google Drive so that progress carries over to a new device. This backup is performed by Android; the developer cannot access it. You can disable it in your device settings.
6. Changes
Any revision to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
